The overall winning scarecrow from Buellton was announced on October 21st. Congratulations to the Hitching Post 2 Restaurant & Tasting Room. That best scarecrow will go on to compete for the Harvest Cup (Best of the Valley).

People’s Choice ballots are still being submitted and the winners will be announced sometime in November.
