Mendenhall’s Museum of Gasoline Pumps & Petroliana

Mendenhall’s Museum is a private collection located in California’s beautiful Santa Ynez Valley. Boasting one of the west coast’s largest petroliana collections, here you’ll find:

  • Gasoline Pumps & Globes
  • Porcelain Gas, Oil, & Road Signs
  • The Dry Lakes Racing Hall of Fame
  • Race Cars & Racing Memorabilia
  • License Plates
  • Gas & Oil Items
  • Buellton Historic Photos

Spanning three generations, this collection was started by the late Jack Mendenhall. Today, his passion – and collection – is carried on by his son and daughter in law, Mark and Vickie.

Reservations for tours are requested and they welcome individuals or larger groups.  The museum also serves as a great venue for weddings, birthday parties, reunions, car, and motorcycle gatherings.  Call to schedule your tour today!

The museum is located at 24 Zaca St. in Buellton and they do request a $15 donation per person for tours.
