Join the California Nature Art Museum for a nature
journaling session on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
at Manzanita Nursery.

This program will include a short introduction to nature
journaling, a group warm-up activity, and an invitation to walk and explore the
nursery’s abundant plant life, or examine select native plants at the CalNAM
artist table. All participants are welcome to enjoy use of CalNAM watercolors,
watercolor paper, pencils, and brushes or to bring their own supplies.

Ticket price is $5 for CalNAM members and $10 for
CalNAM non-members, per participant, all supplies included. Children are free
when reserved with a paid adult ticket. Advance registration is required.

Join us at Standing Sun Live for an intimate evening with Grammy-nominated artist Shawn Mullins on Wednesday, October 21st as he works his way up the California coast!

Standing Sun is a working winery in Buellton that transforms into a live music venue a few times a year for incredible artists like Shawn Mullins. Stainless steel tanks, oak barrels, and original murals become the backdrop, and the room is set up so you are never more than 30 to 40 feet from the stage.

Grab a front-row seat at a table for up to six, or pick seats a couple of rows back in our theater-style section. Come in, take your seat, pour a glass of Santa Barbara County wine, and grab a bite from the food truck before the show. See you there.

Beginning in the independent circles of Atlanta, Mullins rose to global prominence following the release of 1998’s Soul’s Core, featuring his chart-topping, Grammy-nominated anthem “Lullaby.” His career continued with celebrated tracks like “Beautiful Wreck,” the Olympic favorite “Shimmer,” and “Toes,” a collaborative hit with the Zac Brown Band. Marking the twentieth anniversary of his landmark album, he delivered Soul’s Core Revival, a collection of reimagined solo and full-band Soul Carnival recordings that breathe fresh life into the original songs.

Buellton Fall Fest 2026

The Buellton Fall Festival is a 3-day event on November 6th – 8th, 2026 on Avenue of the Flags in Buellton!

Join us for Boots in the Vines, an afternoon of live country music and line dancing, set against our rolling vineyard and mountain views.

As the sun sets over Foxen Canyon, Just Dave Band, led by talented musician Dave Bernal, known for performing on American Idol and Netflix’s Arcane, takes the stage. The band includes members who’ve played with Shooter Jennings and Billy Ray Cyrus. Expect modern and classic outlaw country, along with a few Spanish and Tejano songs.

Line dancers will be on the floor, inviting everyone to join in. Whether you’re brand-new to line dancing or just dusting off your moves, our professional dancers will have you stepping, spinning, and smiling in no time. Bring your boots and your biggest yeehaw!

Zaca Mesa wines will be available by the glass for purchase throughout the evening, and you can settle into a cozy autumn night under the string lights among the vines. Attendees will receive a special event-only discount on bottle purchases.

Come hungry, because food is included with your ticket. Chef Juan Manuel of Piocho Ranch Catering will be serving 40 years of Santa Ynez Valley ranch-style cooking.
