Try This: Sandra loves the Hot Beef Dip, Clare’s favorite is the Steak Sandwich, Megan enjoys the spicy Chicken Tinga, Tessi’s a fan of the fact that you can get half sandwiches for lighter appetites – or so you can have two different types – and John always gets the classically customizable ‘Whole Sandwich’ with double turkey and double cheddar!

Don’t let the gas station exterior fool you, Eagle Energy is home to mouth-watering Santa Maria-style Tri-tip and other delicious finds! Hot and cold grab-and-go options are available, and custom orders like their famous Tri-tip sandwiches and burritos can be paid for at the register first before being picked up at the deli counter. Ask about their specials for more delicious oak-grilled eats including burgers, BBQ chicken, and ribs, too!
Try This: Kayla and Clare say the Tri-tip sandwiches are great (delicious on their own, or with the salsa and bbq sauce they have on hand), and Sandra loves their egg salad!
Eddie’s Grill

It’s hard to pick just one favorite sandwich from this popular Central Coast eatery, so we didn’t even try to! From breakfast must-haves like the Sausage & Egg Muffin with chipotle mayo, to lunch and dinner staples like the Philly Cheesesteak – there is a sandwich for every appetite at Eddie’s Grill.
Try This: MJ loves the tuna melt, and while Sandra says Eddie’s fries are the best, Tessi warns that their jalapeño fries are addictingly delicious – and they go with everything!
Ellen’s Danish Pancake House

Best known for their delicately delicious Danish-style pancakes and hearty breakfasts available all day long, Ellen’s also cooks up an incredible assortment of hot and cold sandwiches, each served with housemade potato salad or french fries. Don’t forget a basket of onion rings for the table!
Try This: Leslie’s favorites are the Super Club Sandwich and the classic Monte Cristo!

Creativity abounds at this family owned and operated bakery and deli! All of their bagels and sweets are made from scratch in the Enjoy kitchen, and their breakfast and lunch bagel-wich offerings pair perfectly with the mini flights of cupcakes, gooey cinnamon rolls, and other delectable sweets that you have to see to believe.
Try This: Jill recommends ‘The Benedict’ bagel-wich for breakfast, and the ‘You Turkey’ bagel-wich for lunch!
Gino’s Pizza

While locals love their namesake pizza and calzone, Gino’s also offers a wide array of delicious specialties including pasta and classic Italian subs! Served hot (and cold, upon request), each hearty handcrafted masterpiece is piled high with toppings and accompanied by a small bag of classic Lay’s potato chips, pepperoncini and pickles.
Try This: Anwanur recommends the Chicken Pesto sandwich, Tessi and Kathy both love the hot Torpedo (and the large is big enough to share), Jennifer’s go-to is the Pastrami, and Beth’s favorites are the Meatball and the Vegetarian – Beth’s pro tip: order the Veggie cold with toasted bread!
Giorgio’s at Parkway

Located inside Parkway Market, their dining area gives off speakeasy vibes and their delicious offerings will have you coming back for more! Sandwiches are an exclusively lunch offering, so be sure to plan your visit accordingly if you want to get your hands on one of their classic offerings like the Brooklyn Special – roasted Papa Vito sausage with caramelized onions and roasted red bell peppers – or the Caprese Sando.
Try This: Matt and Phil love the Italianissimo (Matt says it’s his favorite sandwich in the whole Santa Ynez Valley!), and John recommends the Meatball and the Chicken Parm Subs!
Hitching Post 2’s Lunch At The Tasting Room

Prepared by the same brilliant team at the iconic Hitching Post 2 restaurant, HP 2 You brings delicious oak-grilled goodness to the lunch hour next door at Hitching Post Wines. Along with other popular dishes like the grilled artichoke with smoked tomato mayonnaise, you’ll find delicious sandwiches and plenty of wine-friendly food on their dine-in and takeaway lunch menu.
Try This: Megan loves the specials-only Grilled Chicken Breast Sandwich and the Steak & Carmelized Onion Sandwich!
Industrial Eats

Probably most well-known for their mouth-watering dish featuring white shrimp, pancetta, chile and garlic; Industrial Eats has long been a haven for the culinarily curious. Their sandwich offerings include everything from dressed up favorites like The Wilby – rosemary garlic ham, cheddar, scallions and mustard on housemade bread – to seasonal specials like the Oyster Po’Boy and Pan Bagnat.
Try This: The Smoked Turkey with Basil Mayo is a favorite for Chantel and Donna, Kady and Jennifer love the Beef Tongue Pastrami Reuben, and Cyndee recommends the BLT and the BLAT!

You’ll never be disappointed with a visit to Mother Hubbard’s, a breakfast and lunch favorite for locals and visitors alike! Their hearty portions of home-cooked goodness ensure that you won’t leave hungry, and their diverse menu means everyone in your party can find something to enjoy.
Try This: Emmet says the Cluckin’ Club is fantastic, Isaac and Carla both love the Avenue Dip, Donna’s favorites are the Catalina and the Health Nut, and Megan’s go-to is the Monterey!
