Salvatore’s unique, one-of-a-kind machines can be found right in the workshop where they are made, here in the heart of Buellton. Zaca Coffee is a family run, specialty coffee company who roasts their delicious blends right here in Buellton, in the heart of California’s Central Coast. Not only can you stop in to enjoy their ultra-fresh roasts and other goodies at the Café; you can also find their coffee products in local businesses throughout the area! Zaca Coffee also offers online subscriptions for home delivery, a “ZacaVac” program that allows you to bring in your Zaca airtight canister for refills of beans or grounds at a reduced price, and you can order single products through their online store including beans, cold brew by the can, and iconic Zaca Coffee mugs.
