Santa Ynez Valley 4th of July Festival and Fireworks Show
Thursday, July 4 from Noon-10pm

The Santa Ynez Valley Rotary Club is proud to present the annual Fourth of July Festival and Fireworks Show at Old Mission Santa Inès in Solvang. This all-day celebration features live entertainment, over 50 merchants and food vendors, kid-friendly games and activities, and one of the best fireworks shows on the Central Coast – which begins promptly at 9pm.

Brick Barn’s Wine Country Crab Boil
Saturday, July 6 from 4-7pm

Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the succulent flavors of freshly steamed crab, perfectly seasoned and served alongside an array of delectable sides! Whether you’re a seasoned seafood enthusiast or simply looking for a fun-filled culinary adventure, Brick Barn’s inaugural Wine Country Crab Boil guarantees an evening of messy, unforgettable fun.

Alma Rosa’s Outdoor Movie Night in the Vineyard
Friday, July 12 beginning at 7pm

Alma Rosa invites you to a special 20th anniversary screening of Sideways under the stars in their picturesque Sta. Rita Hills vineyard! One of the opening scenes of Sideways was originally filmed on Richard Sanford’s ranch in the early 2000’s, and this is your chance to watch the movie where it all started. Bring your own chairs and blankets: gates open at 7pm and the movie begins at 8pm. Alma Rosa wines will be available for purchase, along with classic movie snacks to enjoy. Admission is free, however reservations are required by July 10.

Santa Rita Hills Lavender Festival
Saturday, July 13 from Noon-5pm

Join us for the inaugural Santa Rita Hills Lavender Festival here at Santa Rita Hills Lavender Farm! It will be a magical day of beautiful flowers, delicious food, and wonderful local vendors – plus we’ll be celebrating all things lavender with a Lavender Distillation Class and Lavender Wreath Making classes throughout the day.

Community Clayworks’ Adult Art Workshop
Sunday, July 21 from 3-5pm

Join the California Nature Art Museum & Community Clayworks for an art workshop, creating bee baths for the home garden. Participants will learn to sculpt an open flower with layered and elevated petals throughout to create safe landing spots for the bees, as well as paint their pieces with colorful underglazes.
