Joining Buellton’s global palate is the much anticipated opening of Na Na THAI, who has been sharing their Thai street food creations throughout Santa Ynez Valley as a pop-up restaurant until now. Get this stamp in your culinary passport when this hot new dining spot opens this year!

Santa Ynez Children’s Museum
Coming Soon
The SYV Children’s Museum is coming to the area of River View Park, providing enriching outdoor play opportunities for every family in our community and beyond. All exhibits will be touchable, movable, buildable and diggable, encouraging kids to use their own imagination and determination to play, move and explore the outdoors.

Wine Wednesday on Industrial Way
Every Wednesday evening from 4-8pm the Industrial Way wine collective transforms into a full blown block party! With live music, assorted food trucks, and amazing wines from Esfuerzo Wines, Tierra y Vino, and Tomi Cellars, there is something for everyone to get excited about. Tour Mendenhall’s Museum
Mendenhall’s Museum is a private collection located in California’s beautiful Santa Ynez Valley. Spanning three generations, this collection was started by the late Jack Mendenhall. Today, his passion – and collection – is carried on by his son and daughter in law, Mark and Vickie.
Reservations for tours are requested and they welcome individuals or larger groups.
The museum also serves as a great venue for weddings, birthday parties, reunions, car, and motorcycle gatherings. The museum is located at 24 Zaca St. in Buellton and a $15 donation per person is requested for tours. Learn more here, or book a tour by calling 805.689.2402.
Zaca Creek Ranch Tours
Zaca Creek Ranch is located in the heart of California’s wine country forty minutes northeast of Santa Barbara California. One of the last of the grand rancheros granted by the Mexican government in “alta California,” the ranch comprises some 1600 acres of rolling hills and rich pasture. The “barn residence” is sumptuous without losing its cowboy charm, each room presenting a different view of grassy hills, oak canopied canyons and distant mountain ranges. The spacious ground floor barn, covered patios and fenced barbecue area provide both beauty and privacy.

Live Music at Brick Barn Wine Estates
Perhaps most well known for their award winning wines, Brick Barn Wine Estate has recently been cultivating a destination for live music and “wine-ing down”. Listening to live music, with a glass of wine in hand, under the majestic oak tree is a great way to spend an evening! They have recently announced that they will be hosting live music 7 days a week: Mon-Fri 4-7pm and Sat-Sun 2-6pm.

The Vintage Trailer Bash returns to Flying Flags 9/21-24. Join like minded trailer enthusiasts and explore these beautiful vintage trailers. Bring your own to show off or make a day of it exploring some artistic and faithful restorations!
Figtoberfest
September 2023
In late September Figueroa Mountain Brewing Co. on Industrial Way in Buellton will host its annual Oktoberfest celebration jam- packed with games, German food, German beers, a best-dressed competition and so much more.
Taste of SYV
September 28 – October 1, 2023
Visit the Santa Ynez Valley presents Taste of the Santa Ynez Valley.
The four-day, six town celebration of food, wine, and more takes place November 3rd through the 6th across the towns of Solvang, Santa Ynez, Los Alamos, Los Olivos, Ballard, and Buellton. Among the many highlights of Taste of the Santa Ynez Valley include curated wine tastings, chef-driven long table dinners, lunches and activities; all celebrating the many special offerings of this powerhouse California wine country destination.
Vintners Festival at Vega Vineyard and Farm

The 39th Annual Santa Barbara Vintner’s Festival heads to Vega Vineyard and Farm in Buellton on November 14th. Taste wines from 50+ wineries and savor regional cuisine from dozens of restaurants, chefs, and food producers. Meet winemakers and winery owners and learn first-hand why Santa Barbara County was named 2021 Wine Region of the Year by Wine Enthusiast Magazine. Stop by the Bubble Lounge to sample the region’s best sparkling and enjoy live music and culinary and viticulture demonstrations.
Buellton Fall Fest
November 10-12, 2023
Avenue of Flags becomes a carnival midway again for Buellton Fall Fest 2023! There will be carnival rides (including a ferris wheel), live music, a street faire, games for all ages, beer and wine, and some delicious street food!
Buellton Winter Fest
December 3, 2023
This annual favorite needs little introduction. Buellton’s Winter Fest begins with a breakfast with Santa, and includes a photo-op with Mr and Mrs Clause. Then a surprise blizzard will deposit over 20 tons of snow at Village Park for everyone to enjoy. The surrounding Holiday Village hosts seasonal vendors, festive music, beer and wine and the Christmas Tree!
Cowboy Christmas at SYV Horseback Rides

December sees the return of A Cowboy Christmas. Thanks to the folks at SYV Horseback Rides the North Pole comes to the valley! Kids can help Santa with a daring elf adventure, pet some Christmas ponies, and even make a lovely ornament!

The stand out Christmas sensation returns for a second year! The Enchanted Garden will be re-dressed in all of its Christmas splendor for select dates in December. Tour the beautifully lit and decorated botanic christmas garden and enjoy music, food trucks and fresh s’mores!
